We do not ship currently, as part of our commitment as a company is careful delivery & pickup of all of our precious assets.

Do you service all types of affairs?
Absolutely, We execute for all types of affairs including weddings, engagement parties, bridal/ baby showers, birthday parties, dinner gatherings &
more. We created our collection with a large inventory, to ensure plenty of items to easily service weddings or events with guest counts between 25 &-300+.

How long is the rental period?
Each item is scheduled for a 36-hour rental period. If you have early access to your venue, we are happy to deliver the night before and pick up the next day, but most events are 36 hour rentals.

What happens if an item is damaged or broken?
If any rented pieces are lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged, the client will be charged a replacement fee.

Do we have to wash anything or do we return items as-is?
Deep cleaning and sanitizing is part of our rental fee.

All plateware & flatware that are used for food/meal service must be thoroughly rinsed and dried before repackaging for us to pick up.
How far in advance should I reserve pieces?
A proposal does not guarantee availability of any items, as individual items are only reserved for your date with a signed contract and
retainer. Most individual items in our collectionn are limited to one large event per day.

Can I make changes to my order?
As long as items aren’t being reserved by another client, you can make quantity changes of up to 15% in your order up to 2 weeks before the rental date. All rental orders must be finalized at least 21 days prior to the event date with payment in full.

Do you rent out The Collection to other industry professionals for styled shoots?
Of course! We work with a myriad of other event professionals on styled shoots! We are excited to offer styled shot rentals at a discounted
rate.
